Tell us about R2JCreative!

R2J Creative is a start-up marketing agency that I run with some amazing business partners. We’ve all taken different paths to get here, but together, we’re a strong team.

We work with artists, developers, and creative specialists from various industries, like entertainment, fashion, and tech. Our team is spread out, but we stay connected and adaptable to keep up with the fast-paced world of marketing.

Our goal is to help businesses find their voice and stand out from the crowd. We’re all about creativity, strategy, and collaboration.

What is your favourite ClickUp feature?

I’m a big fan of the task sharing and Relationships features in ClickUp.

Being able to share tasks with clients, teammates, and anyone else involved in a project is so helpful. It keeps everyone on the same page and accountable for their work.

What tools do you integrate with ClickUp?

We use a lot of Google Workspace tools with ClickUp, like Calendar and Drive. We also integrate Miro for brainstorming and Slack for team communication.

How do you use ClickUp to push projects forward at R2JCreative?

ClickUp is super customisable, so we use it to organise our projects and keep everyone on track. Each project has its own space, folder, and list, tailored to fit our workflow.

How has ClickUp improved your work and life?

ClickUp has saved me a lot of time and helped me stay organised. I’d say I save about 10 hours a week using ClickUp, which gives me more time for creative projects and freelance work.

What advice do you have for others looking to streamline their productivity?

Be your own teacher and boss. Stay curious, keep learning, and use the best tools available to stay ahead of the curve.
