Tell us about Atelier Latesha!

I’m a branding and premium pricing coach for female-led service businesses and business coaches. My mission is to help them build and leverage their brand authority online so they can confidently sell high-ticket services priced at $1,500 or more.

What is your favorite feature in ClickUp?

I love the automation feature that allows task assignments to be updated automatically as their status changes. This eliminates the need for my employee to manually reassign tasks.

As we progress with tasks, ClickUp’s Automations ensure that the right person is assigned based on the task’s status, streamlining our business operations and saving us valuable time.

How do you use ClickUp for your business?

ClickUp is the backbone of my business operations. It’s where we onboard clients and manage all our processes. It keeps us organized and ensures that everyone is on the same page.

What tools do you integrate with ClickUp?

We use Zapier for integrations with ActiveCampaign, Slack, Zoom, Gmail, MemberVault, ThriveCart, Dubsado, and Instagram. The ability to send emails directly from tasks in ClickUp is a huge time-saver. My team can use email templates to communicate directly from our company Gmail, complete with multiple email signatures to choose from.

How many hours a week do you save using ClickUp, and what do you do with that time?

Using ClickUp saves me about 4 hours each week. I spend this extra time working directly on income-generating activities within my business. I can also take breaks without worrying that something will fall through the cracks and wrap up my workday sooner.

How has ClickUp improved your work and life?

ClickUp has brought a new level of organization to my business. We now have a systematic employee onboarding and training process, and my team can clearly see what needs to be done. It’s a central hub connecting all the apps we use, improving both internal and external communications. I finish my workday with a clear understanding of my workload and feel much less overwhelmed.

Start by organizing something simple, like your inbox. ClickUp can help you manage all your emails and communicate effectively. It’s a significant time-saver when collaborating with employees and clients. And most importantly, document EVERYTHING.
